Ever once in a while you stumble upon something that makes you stop, lean forward, and say: “What?!”
Desiree Palmen’s photographs did that to me earlier this week as I browed EnvironmentalGraffiti.com – which you all should check out by the way… it’s a great site that describes itself as:
…an eclectic mix of the most bizarre, funny and interesting environmental news on the planet. We search the vast realms of the internet on behalf of all environmentalists who don’t take themselves too seriously and compile it into a daily blog. Surf and enjoy!
Who wouldn’t want to surf a site like that?
Anyway, back to Palmen (can you say “ADD”? If you can, please stop and check yourself into a hospital as someone going around saying “add”, “add”, “add” all the time without any numbers… sigh…. some people.[@more@]
As you can see from the pictures to the right and bottom, Palmen has perfected the art of blending into the background. Forget high tech solutions, all she needs is a paint can and a willing body.
My personal favourite is the picture of the person leaning on the table full of newspapers.
